Accompanied President H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto on a development tour of Aldai Constituency, hosted by Hon. Marianne Kitany, the area MP.
During this visit, the President commissioned the electrification of Cheptigit Village connected under the Last Mile Program, and inspected the ongoing construction of the Kobujoi ESP Market.
We have had productive discussions about our development priorities, including the upgrading of key infrastructure like the Yala-Kobujoi Road, which connects Emgwen and Aldai, to bitumen standard. Similar initiatives are underway in our Emgwen constituency, such as the construction of Chepsonoi ESP Market and the expansion of the Last Mile Connectivity Program.
